We offer training plans and groups for several Bass Pro Shops Fitness Series events! These include all Marathon Weekend and Dogwood Canyon Trail Run distances. This is FREE to anyone who wants to complete one of the Fitness Series events or just join in a fun group run!
The fun-run-type training consists of a 16-week, beginner plan; and includes a group run every weekend! We provide pre-mapped routes with aid-stations and free nutrition samples, sponsored by Base Performance.
Some group runs will be sponsored by local businesses including free coffee, drinks, snacks, and more! Get ready to meet some new friends and training buddies!
