SPONSORS

OMRR could not put on the races and events that we do without the help of all of these sponsors.

Please help us support them by purchasing local!

Bass Pro Fitness Series

The Bass Pro Shops Fitness Series has been part of the Springfield community for 17 years; our community-driven mission includes promoting health, fitness and overall wellbeing by encouraging people to be active in the great outdoors! We offer a variety of events with the goal of providing something for everyone: walking, running, trail running, children’s events and cycling. While Bass Pro Shops is our overall Foundation Sponsor, Bass Pro Shops and the Fitness Series donate all event proceeds to local charities. We also support our community through providing charity donations on behalf of volunteers who serve during our events.

Our goal is to help people keep moving forward in ways that are meaningful to them.

Springfield-Greene County Park Board

The Springfield-Greene County Park Board includes 3,200 acres and 105 sites, ranging from neighborhood playgrounds to multi-use recreational facilities to natural resource areas. The system includes four golf courses, three family centers, a zoo, a farm park, botanical gardens, several sports and athletic complexes, two indoor aquatics centers, six outdoor swimming pools, multiple School-Park sites and more than 100 miles of recreational trails — including 70+ miles of Greenways.

Fleet Feet Springfield

Hi, I'm Eric Johnson. While I can no longer run due to a knee injury, I still consider myself a lifelong runner. I've competed in every distance from 400 meters to 100 miles to multi-day Adventure Races to Ironman Triathlons. Boston was the coolest marathon to be a part of but nothing beat the New York City Marathon in terms of experience! I own Fleet Feet in Springfield as well as the five Fleet Feet locations in St. Louis. Nothing makes me happier than being around runners, whether that's at a race or in our stores. I have served on the OMRR board multiple times over the years and co-founded the Ozarks MultiSport Club, our local triathlon club. Come by and see me at the store some time!

MO Beef Council

The Missouri Beef Industry Council (MBIC) is a nonprofit organization responsible for administering programs of promotion, education, research, and consumer and industry information.

The MBIC is part of a coordinated state/national effort funded and controlled by beef producers who are assessed $1-per-head each time a beef animal is sold. Half of each dollar is forwarded to the Cattlemen’s Beef Promotion and Research Board (CBB) and the other half of the dollar is retained by the Missouri Beef Industry Council to fund state-based programs, which complement and extend the industry-wide effort.
